Andrew Borland has joined The Katzen team of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
Founded and led by Frances Katzen, the team has been consistently ranked as one of Elliman’s top 10 producing teams in Manhattan for the past decade. Borland will take on his new role at Elliman’s New York headquarters, located at 575 Madison Avenue.
Borland was previously affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty. He has over five years of real estate experience and over $85 million in sales in the past year.
He brings approximately $70 million worth of business to Douglas Elliman | Knight Frank via several listings in Paris.
Borland was born and raised in the United Kingdom, making the move stateside in 2013.
He is a graduate of Swansea University in Wales with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in American Studies.
