WHO’S NEWS: Residential appointments & promotions

Andrew Borland has joined The Katzen team of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
Founded and led by Frances Katzen, the team has been consistently ranked as one of Elliman’s top 10 producing teams in Manhattan for the past decade. Borland will take on his new role at Elliman’s New York headquarters, located at 575 Madison Avenue. 
Borland was previously affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty. He has over five years of real estate experience and over $85 million in sales in the past year.
He brings approximately $70 million worth of business to Douglas Elliman | Knight Frank via several listings in Paris.
Borland was born and raised in the United Kingdom, making the move stateside in 2013. 
He is a graduate of Swansea University in Wales with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in American Studies.

Selling duo George Case and Jeanne Byers have joined Warburg Realty.
Together, Case and Byers offer sellers staging and branding services along with real estate expertise in both buying and selling properties. 
An antique collector and dealer as well as a former director of visual merchandising, Case understands the link between aesthetic presentation and resale.
As former executive creative director/EVP of Arnold/New York, Byers’ experience gives her the ability to develop custom, individualized marketing plans for each property she represents. 

Triplemint has added 24 new team members this September.
Hires include top-producing agents Daniel Blatman, Carson Alexander, Erin Frisbie, Candy Wynn-Dobbs, Kathleen Horn, Paula Siriac and Ricky Polfliet. 
 Daniel Blatman joins Triplemint as a seasoned top broker with years of experience throughout New York City.  
 Carson Alexander and Erin Frisbie join Triplemint as The Carson Alexander Team.
Frisbie brings communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to Triplemint and The Carson Alexander Team.  
Candy Wynn-Dobbs and Kathleen Horn join Triplemint as the Horn Wynn Team.
Wynn-Dobbs joins with over 25 years in real estate and multi-millions in residential and commercial transactions. She previously owned Bluewater Realty Inc.
 Horn joins Triplemint as an agent with experience purchasing and selling homes in both New York and Illinois.
Fluent in Romanian, French and English, Paula Siriac joins Triplemint with years of experience in the service industry.
 Ricky Polfliet joins Triplemint with a passion for real estate that began after seeing his grandfather invest in several properties throughout Europe. Born in Burundi and raised in Brussels, he has met and interacted with people from around the world.
