Compass announced the hiring of Kirk Rundhaug, Paige Neuhauser, and their five-person team.
Previously at Douglas Elliman, they sold $150 million in real estate last year and close to $2.5 billion during their career span, including $450 million at 160 Leroy and over $850 million at the park-facing 10 Madison Square West in Flatiron.
The team has a wide client base ranging from investors to high-profile creatives. Long term relationships with high-profile developers include Ian Schrager, Edward J. Minskoff and Charles Dunne.
The Rundhaug Neuhauser Team will work out of Compass’ 110 Fifth Avenue office.

Meier Real Estate founder Michael Meier is taking his 15-strong team to Compass.
Meier, who has sold over $1 billion in real estate, is considered a social media and tech pioneer in the real estate sector. He has coached agents across the city in building their brand and using social media to increase sales.
He founded Meier Real Estate in 2009 after four years as an agent with Douglas Elliman following a career in business sales. Meier is a graduate of Yeshiva University.
The partnership comes as Compass accelerates the release of tech-oriented solutions. On Wednesday, the venture-backed firm announced the release of Compass Lens, an AI-powered tool that allows homeowners to envision what homes would look like with cosmetic upgrades to maximize the homes’ value.

Corcoran Group announced the appointment of Stephanie Anton, previously of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, to lead marketing and growth for The Corcoran Group as its Senior Vice President.
Her appointment comes following the successful Corcoran franchise business that launched in February.
Anton will help to further expand Corcoran franchising with direct oversight of franchise marketing, servicing, and development. Anton will build upon the support services available to Corcoran affiliates, backed by Realogy, and report directly to Pamela Liebman, president and CEO of The Corcoran Group.
In addition to her core role at Corcoran, Anton will also serve as managing director of Global Services for Realogy Franchise Group. She will also be responsible for strengthening Realogy’s global franchise infrastructure and report to President and CEO John Peyton.
Anton was most recently the president at Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Before that, she served as Vice President of Marketing for Chicagoland brokerage Koenig & Strey GMAC Home Services.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University and a Masters, Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Brown Harris Stevens announced that Sandy Wilson, Halstead’s longtime Executive Director of Sales in Harlem, has been promoted to additionally oversee the firm’s Riverdale office.
Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead are currently restructuring to operate as one united Brown Harris Stevens brand.
Before joining Halstead in 2013, Wilson worked for 10 years at Corcoran, and managed their Harlem location for many of those years. She also worked for a boutique agency in Westchester where she became an expert in the Riverdale market.
Prior to her real estate career, Wilson worked at American Express for 25 years where she led a team of 25 people in creating, negotiating contracts for, and managing all Travel Related Programs for the Platinum and Centurion cards. Her team was also responsible for the Gold Card Membership Rewards Travel Programs.
