WHO’S NEWS: Optimar hires social media influencer, Fox Resi adds two

Enzo LaRocca has been named Director of Marketing at Optimar International Realty.
His primary role will be as a social media influencer helping Optimar agents grow their own digital brands.
LaRocca began his career as a production assistant in the film and TV sector before working in armed security services.
He entered the real estate field in 2017 after attending a NYS Real Estate Salespersons Licensing course at Baruch College and worked at BLU, LG Fairmont and Nooklyn before joining Optimar.


Fox Residential Group hired Adam Pace to specialize in the sale of luxury co-op and condominium apartments, townhouses, apartment rentals and residential investment properties throughout Manhattan.
Previously, Mr. Pace was Executive Manager of Sales for Rudd Realty Management Corp. and a dual licensed salesperson at Gala West Realty. Before real estate, he was the Vice President of Quality Assurance for Broadridge Financial Solutions. Mr. Pace holds a B.A. in Communications from SUNY Albany, an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.


Terra Development Marketing announced that Benjamin Benalloul has joined to focus on business development, specializing in luxury new development and ultra-high-end spec homes worldwide, along with capital markets advisory.
Benalloul, 28, has worked in real estate investment, as an estate advisor, and as a blockchain advisor.
He comes to Terra Development Marketing with over $1,000,000,000 in global real estate transactions under his belt.


Fox Residential Group hired Sadia Malik to its growing team.
Malik is a former community manager international experience. In her new position, she will specialize in the sale and rental of apartments and townhouses throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Additionally, she will be working directly with Fox Residential President Barbara Fox on client acquisition strategies.
Malik holds a bachelor’s degree from the Kinnaird College for Women in Pakistan. Before Fox, she helped manage a community of small businesses and entrepreneurs at Joynture Inc.


Compass announced Teresa Howe as the new Head of Relocation and Referrals.
Howe will strengthen Compass’ nationwide, and soon international, referral network.
Previously, Teresa served as Vice President of Business Development for Pacific Union International. She established the firm’s Referral program and grew the relocation business, Howe also spent over twenty years at Coldwell Banker where she led the Client Development Group, developing and executing programs like Corporate Relocation Services.
Howe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University.


Hudson United Title Services, LLC announced that Michael Adams will be the company’s Director of Sales for New York and New Jersey.
Adams, an 18-year veteran in the industry, has been with Hudson United Title Services since its inception in 2001.
Adams holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
