Previously with Warburg Realty, Joseph achieved a high level of success selling and representing luxury properties throughout New York City.
She has been recognized by The Real Deal as one of the “Top Residential Agents of the Week” for a multimillion dollar sale at 1148 Fifth Avenue.
Her discretion in representing high-end properties has earned her the trust and respect clients, often times forming long-standing relationships, built on overall outstanding service.
A native New Yorker, Joseph has sold luxury properties in all areas of Manhattan including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and Downtown.

Babcook is a licensed associate real estate broker in New York with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in luxury properties.
She is fluent in the complexities of land acquisitions, including waterfront properties, equestrian properties and new construction/renovation of both historic and modern homes.
She has also developed an in-depth understanding of the requirements for building, zoning and financing these property types.
Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Babcook was a licensed associate real estate broker with Corcoran Group Real Estate where she was member of the firm’s Multi-Million Dollar Club.
A 26-year resident of Sag Harbor, Babcook is on the board of the Breakwater Yacht Club where she has served as Vice Commodore. She is a long standing member of the Sag Harbor Yacht Club and is a member of the Architectural Review Board for the neighboring Village of North Haven.

Lilly de la Motte has joined Saunders & Associates in the Bridgehampton office.
Recognized as a top producer, de la Motte brings with her exceptional south-of-the-highway properties valued at $40 million.
Prior to joining Saunders, she worked for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group in Manhattan and The Corcoran Group in Bridgehampton.
During her time in Manhattan, de la Motte specialized in marketing condominium developments and conversions priced up to $27 million.
Among the homes that de la Motte will take to the Saunders stable is 55 Town Line Road, a new $21 million 8.4 acre estate on the Sagapanock Wainscott border.
She is a native of St. Louis and graduated from Georgetown University.

Halstead Property announced that Marlene Steiner has joined its Park Avenue Office as a licensed associate real estate broker.
With over two decades of experience as a top producer in the industry, most recently at Corcoran, Steiner brings to Halstead vast knowledge and expertise in the selling of luxury residences and high-end investment-grade properties.
The New York native, who currently resides on the Upper East Side, Steiner is an avid art collector and was educated at Hunter College.

Before making his foray into real estate, Anthony Simone enjoyed a career in New York City government, working for high-profile political campaigns.
Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in private equity.
Paul LeMarc Brown brings more than 10 years of real estate experience to Stribling.
His areas of expertise include townhouse, co-op, and condo sales, new development sales and rentals, brand launching, commercial leasing, and pro-forma budgeting.
He is a graduate of Syracuse University, having studied information management and technology. He previously worked at Corcoran and Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
Gina Castellano grew up in both Brooklyn and New Jersey, eventually settling in Park Slope where she is deeply rooted in her community.
She possesses in-depth knowledge of Brownstone Brooklyn, specializing in neighborhoods from Downtown to Park Slope and beyond. Castellano joins Stribling from Corcoran.
