
B6 Real Estate Advisors announced the appointment of Trisha Connolly as senior managing director in the firm’s Capital Advisory Division.
Connolly, who has originated over $5 billion of capital markets financing across the U.S. to-date, is the first female team leader at B6 Real Estate Advisors.
She will be joined at B6 by her team, which includes Lynn Marcello and Nicole Schmidt.
Team Connolly will partner with B6’s investment sales teams in the Lower Manhattan territories of New York City and focus on servicing their existing and growing client base while improving access to capital by joining B6.
Connolly’s over 14 years of experience includes originating loans for all asset classes specializing in acquisition loans and refinancing as well as full capital stack solutions.
Prior to joining B6, she was a partner and managing director at Alpha Capital CRE in Chicago. She has also held leadership roles on the capital markets teams at Cushman & Wakefield and General Growth Properties.
Connolly holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree in Political Science and Spanish from Marquette University.

Colliers International Group announced that Patrick Norris has returned to the company as associate director of Capital Markets & Investment Services.
Norris will specialize in business development and the execution of institutional and private investor sale transactions throughout New Jersey and tri-state metropolitan region.
Norris first joined Colliers International’s New Jersey office as an office leasing broker in 2016. He joined the firm’s Capital Markets team in 2017 and was involved in high-profile transactions across the office, retail, industrial and multi-family sectors.
Following a stint with Bull Realty in Atlanta, GA, Norris is returning to COlliers where he will apply his expertise at selling properties via online auction platforms, such as Ten-X Commercial.

Daley brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending and residential mortgage.
He will primarily be responsible for managing and developing the commercial business opportunities in the New York Metro marketplace.
Daley joins SB One Bank from The First National Bank of Long Island and prior to that held positions at National Westminster Bank and North Fork Bank.
