Where’s Waldo? At Hudson Companies’ creative class office building

The Hudson Companies has signed a five-year, 3,600 s/f lease with Waldo, a mobile testing app platform at its East Williamsburg office building, The Breeze.

Waldo is the world’s first no code mobile testing platform which helps companies test their apps during the product development phase.

Founded just three years ago, it has expanded at a rapid clip and will occupy newly designed space on the Breeze complex’s second floor, joining the Wandering Barman, a production facility and tasting room for bottled cocktails, and digital branding agency Moving Image & Content (MI&C) which occupies a second floor prebuilt unit.  The development also features rooftop bar and restaurant Llohi as well as Cuban – Asian fusion restaurant, Aura Cocina & Bar.

“Waldo is a forward-thinking company that solves a need for up-and-coming app developers in the technology sector,” said Ben Waller, a partner at ABS Partners Real Estate who represented owner the Hudson Companies along with Anthony Diorio. “We’re thrilled to welcome Waldo to the Breeze with a newly designed space surrounded by other innovative businesses at the property.”

Will McGowan of Squarefoot represented Waldo in the lease at the 100,000 s/f creative class office building at 315 Meserole Street Hudson Companies converted from an old warehouse.
