The third annual Brooklyn Real Estate Summit promises big news from top industry players in the booming borough.
TerraCRG hosts the all-day conference in partnership with The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and aptsandlofts.com tomorrow at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) in Downtown Brooklyn.

Carl Weisbrod, director of the New York City Department of City Planning, will be a keynote speaker at the annual Only Brooklyn Real Estate Summit, as well as Eric Adams, borough president of Brooklyn, and Jared Kushner, CEO of Kushner Companies.
“Every developer in New York City will be eager to hear what Carl has to say, and we are honored to have him speak at our annual Summit,” said Ofer Cohen, founder and president of TerraCRG, in a statement. “The caliber of content and speakers that we have curated for this year’s event is going to make for very meaningful program.”

The long list of speakers include Christopher Conlon of Acadia Realty Trust, Andrew Kimball of Jamestown Properties, Dave Maundrell of aptsandlofts.com, Miguel McKelvey of WeWork, Jason Muss of Muss Development, Toby Moskovits of Heritage Partners, Martin Nussbaum of Slate Property Group, Carlo A. Scissura of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, and Massimiliano Senise of Est4te Four.
A number of the speakers will be revealing their new Brooklyn plans and projects for the first time at the summit.
The all-day event includes an informational workshop on legal issues for owners and brokers, a multi-family panel of operators, developers and investors sharing “war stories in a tight market,” some of the most active residential developers speaking about their upcoming Brooklyn projects, and a financing workshop.
The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce will also reveal the winners of the Building Brooklyn Awards, an annual event that recognizes recently completed new and renovation construction projects that help grow the borough’s neighborhoods and economy.
“As a result of last year’s success, the TerraCRG Brooklyn Real Estate Summit has been established as the premier all-day Brooklyn only real estate conference,” said Cohen. “We are honored that the Summit has become a trusted source of information, where the industry’s leading experts will unveil their latest projects and plans.”
