Stellar Management has named RKF, a Newmark company, as the exclusive retail leasing agent for OTTO Greenpoint, the developer’s eight-story residential property at 211 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
OTTO’s approximately 28,000 s/f of ground- and lower-level retail space is located along the highly trafficked McGuinness Boulevard on the corner of Greenpoint Avenue.
With over 300 feet of frontage and ceiling heights over 17 feet, the space allows access to lower level storage, a loading dock with freight elevator, and onsite indoor garage parking.
A 600 s/f private patio is also available to take advantage of outdoor restaurant seating or a play area for a childcare tenant, among other possible uses.
RKF’s Executive Managing Director David Rosenberg, Director Young Kim, and Associate Alex Hedaya are handling the assignment.

Similar to that of Williamsburg, the larger footprint developments are along the waterfront and low-rise buildings are more inland, and as the residential density increases, retail demand grows. There is greater need for retail offerings, including quick-service food and markets, health and fitness, coffee purveyors, child care and pet services, salons and much more.”
In addition to being just steps away from the G train Greenpoint Avenue subway stop, OTTO is a short walk from the East River Ferry. The building also features on-site car and bike parking, with spaces designated for retail.
Stellar Management began residential leasing at OTTO Greenpoint last fall. The building was designed by Gene Kaufman Architects .
