SL Green Signs FIS Global to 25,000 Square Foot Lease at One Vanderbilt

SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG), Manhattan’s largest office landlord, today announced that FIS Global has signed a 25,488-square-foot, 15-year lease covering the entire 62nd floor at One Vanderbilt Avenue. FIS Global is a financial technology leader. The skyline-defining tower in the heart of East Midtown is now 99% leased. 

“We’re very excited that FIS Global will be joining a roster of industry leading companies that have selected One Vanderbilt because of its world-class design and service-oriented tenant experience,” said Steven Durels, Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing and Real Property at SL Green, “Reaching 99% occupancy is a significant milestone which reaffirms the new standard One Vanderbilt has set as the industry leader for world-class office space.”

Standing 1,401 feet tall, One Vanderbilt is the headquarters for many of the world’s leading finance, technology, law and real estate firms. The 1.7 million-square-foot skyscraper offers an unparalleled combination of amenities, innovative office design, state-of-the-art technology, the highest level of sustainability and healthy workplace environment together with direct connection to Grand Central Terminal.

FIS Global was represented by Daniel Katcher of Newmark and Robert Alexander, Ryan Alexander, Alex D’Amario, and Emily Chabrier of CBRE represented the landlord.
