Skyline Development Group has topped out Solaia, a 14 story luxury condo building on the Palisaide cliffs at 8701 Churchill Roadin North Bergen, NJ.
Skyline, with joint venture partners, Vasco Ventures and Mosaic Real Estate, plan to begin sales for the collection of one-to-three-bedroom homes in early fall.
Construction on the Architectura-designed building is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
Homes will range from 864 to over 1,900 s/f with initial pricing expected to begin from the mid $700,000’s to $2,000,000.
Almost all homes will have private balconies and each will feature custom Italian cabinetry and countertops, WIFI enabled appliances and thermostats, HUE lighting & automation systems, custom closet systems and soaking tubs.
A 10,000 s/f amenity package will include a three-story wellness center with gym, spa and Halotherapy salt lounge. A cliffside roofdeck will offer BBQ grills, fireplace and dining area and there will be co-working spaces, a lounge, billiards, catering kitchen and dining area.
