Silverstein Properties has unveiled plans for a new amenity floor and a modern storefront aesthetic that will revitalize 529 Fifth Avenue.
Silverstein Properties has tapped JLL as the exclusive leasing agent for this Midtown East office tower.

Located two blocks from Grand Central Terminal, 529 Fifth Avenue is a contemporary, 20-story office building that has the prestige of Fifth Avenue and convenience of proximity to Bryant Park.
Situated on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 44th Street, this Class-A property is positioned to meet the needs of today’s talent focused firms.
The new amenity space at 529 Fifth Avenue will be designed by integrated design firm Architecture + Information (A+I) who recently completed notable tenant spaces for Equinox and Peloton.
The amenity space is branded The Willow, and will be a destination for the building’s workforce that balances sophisticated hospitality with holistic wellness.
The branding is a reference to the site’s history as home of Ye Olde Willow Cottage, a 19th century tavern whose namesake willow tree was the last remaining one along Fifth Avenue as it developed uptown.
Tenants will be able to convene, relax, and enjoy fresh air on the building’s terrace and will have access to the INSPIRE Your Day amenity app by Silverstein Properties. INSPIRE Your Day provides tenants with hospitality-focused services ranging from an on-site hospitality ambassador to social and wellness programming.
