Sherwood Equities is nearing full occupancy at 370 Lexington Avenue, the boutique building close to Grand Central.

Seven deals have been completed in the last month, including six new leases and one renewallease bringing the building to a 98% occupancy rate. The building has completed 13 transactions over the last few months.
“We are extremely pleased with the high level of activity that we have been able to generate in the building since we acquired it at the end of 2008,” said Jeff Katz, CEO of Sherwood Equities.
“However, the level of activity over the last few months in particular has been outstanding. It’s satisfying to realize that all the work we’ve put into 370 Lexington Avenue is paying off.”
Irene Garage Corp. signed a lease for 2,148 s/f on the 11th floor. The company owns and maintains a number of parking garages throughout the Manhattan metro area.
Imageon Consulting, Inc., a human resource management consulting firm supporting Japan-related companies operating in the United States signed on for a ten year term for 1,451 s/f on the 22nd floor. Imageon was represented by Hiroshi Nagata of Sumitomo Real Estate Sales (NY).
Midtown Suites, LLC, a law firm, relocated from 230 Park to take the last remaining 2,058 s/f pre-built on the 17th floor. The tenant was represented by Matthew Etlinger of Winoker Realty Company.
The Confederation de Empresarios de Galicia (CEG), a non-profit organization with the mission of assisting private companies from Galicia, Spain to compete in the United States executed a deal for 2,128 s/f on the fourth floor. CEG was represented by David Toran of Bergson Strategies, LLC.
Ancor Gold, Inc., a precious metals dealer signed a lease for 2,033 s/f on the third floor. Alan Rosinsky of Crosstown Commercial Properties, LLC represented Ancor Gold.
Star Compliance Inc., a provider of compliance and regulatory software signed a deal for 774 s/f on the fifth floor. Nelson Mieses of Rescom Properties represented the tenant.
Dow Consultants International Inc., a financial consultant renewed its lease on the 16th floor for 1,117 s/f.
In-house agents Adam Weissleder and Jill Burrowes of Sherwood Equities represented the landlord on all transactions.
