Shake Shack, the burger, hot dog and frozen custard stand, plans to open at Two Trees Commercial’s One Old Fulton Street in Brooklyn’s DUMBO in mid 2014,.
Thomas Conoscenti, Two Trees’ director of commercial leasing., announced that the modern day “roadside” burger stand — part of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) — will join the recently signed Dish at 81 Washington and Atrium at 15 Main Street.
“The addition of Shake Shack to DUMBO further solidifies the area as one of New York’s emerging culinary destinations,” said Conoscenti. “Being right across the street from Brooklyn Bridge Park and around the corner from our office tenants, Shake Shack could not have picked a better location.”
