Rosbash, who has over 18 years of expertise in office leasing and investment sales, will be working to grow and expand the New York City and Metro markets through retail and office leasing.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Rosbash worked as Managing Director at Savills and joined the company in 2019 after an early retirement to pursue his passion of helping mentally and physically challenged adolescents. Before this retirement, Rosbash worked at Newmark and Marcus & Millichap, playing a pivotal role in growing both the New York and Brooklyn offices. His clients have primarily consisted of luxury brands, financial institutions and law firms. His successful track record includes representing landlords and tenants such as Signet Jewelers, Birkenstock, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Proper Cloth and Le Tigre.

Rosbash is currently an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and the Syracuse University Alumni Association. Rosbash also set up the Team Todd Foundation to honor his twelve-year-old son, who tragically passed from brain cancer in April 2018. He has helped to raise over $100,000 for the foundation. He resides in Roslyn, Long Island.
