RIPCO Real Estate (RIPCO), the leading independent brokerage in New York City (NYC) with services including leasing, investment sales, property management and debt and structured finance, is proud to announce the hire of Jeffrey Rosbash as Director, focusing on the New York City and Metro markets. Rosbash, who has over 18 years of expertise in office leasing and investment sales, will be working to grow and expand the New York City and Metro markets through retail and office leasing.
“Jeff brings years of brokerage experience and an impressive network of high-end luxury and fashion brands that will help further attract other like-minded companies throughout New York City, said Mark Kaplan, Chief Operating Officer of RIPCO. “We are confident his skills and market knowledge will be valuable to our Manhattan team and other brokers throughout the firm.”
Prior to joining RIPCO, Rosbash worked as Managing Director at Savills and joined the company in 2019 after an early retirement to pursue his passion of helping mentally and physically challenged adolescents. Before this retirement, Rosbash worked at Newmark and Marcus & Millichap, playing a pivotal role in growing both the New York and Brooklyn offices. His clients have primarily consisted of luxury brands, financial institutions and law firms. His successful track record includes representing landlords and tenants such as Signet Jewelers, Birkenstock, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Proper Cloth and Le Tigre.
“I am excited to join the RIPCO team as the company will offer more challenging responsibilities and an opportunity to further grow my experience on the retail side of commercial real estate,” said Rosbash. “I am eager to continue expanding RIPCO’s presence in New York City, aligning with the team’s existing relationships, as well as bringing some of my established industry connections to RIPCO.”
Rosbash is currently an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and the Syracuse University Alumni Association. Rosbash also set up the Team Todd Foundation to honor his twelve-year-old son, who tragically passed from brain cancer in April 2018. He has helped to raise over $100,000 for the foundation. He resides in Roslyn, Long Island.
