Resolution Real Estate Arranges 3 New Leases at 347 West 36th Street

Ending Q12022 on a high note, Barry Bernstein, Executive Director/Leasing, Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC, a member of NAI Global, has arranged three new leases, representing nearly 5,200 square feet, at 347 West 36th Street for a diverse selection of businesses, comprising casting agency Stewart/Whitley; construction consultancy Trophy Point LLC; and national truck delivery solutions provider Hailify Inc.

“We are thrilled to see this kind of activity again in Midtown,” said Mr. Bernstein. “The building’s allure is its proximity to exceptional transportation and Hudson Yards, making it an advantageous location for a variety of businesses.”

Stewart/Whitley signed a five-year lease for approximately 1,870-square-feet on the ninth floor. Relocating from 213 West 35th Street, the renowned agency is responsible for casting as Hades Town on Broadway, Pretty Little Things on Netflix, and dozens of commercials, television programs, movies, and plays. Representing the tenant were Sam Stein and Michael Heaner of the Kaufman Organization.

Trophy Point LLC signed a four-year lease for approximately 1,325 square feet on the 11th floor. The construction consultancy works with multi-national companies and provides such services as estimating, scheduling, and owner’s representation. It will be moving from 307 West 36th Street in April 2022. The tenant was represented by Philip Katz of Katz NYC LLC.

Hailify Inc. signed a two-year lease for approximately 1,985 square feet on the 11th floor. The delivery solutions company, which specializes in truck deliveries nationwide, is moving into its new offices this spring from 12 East 49th Street. The tenant was represented by Chris Salizzoni of Capital Real Estate Solutions. Asking rent at 347 West 36th Street is $35-per-square-foot. The 17-story, 104,300-square- foot prewar building is located between Eighth and Ninth avenues and is owned by 347 West 36th Street LLC.
