CBRE Group, Inc. announced that it has secured a 10-year, 4,078 s/f retail lease with Reebok Fit Hub on the ground floor of 1132 Third Avenue.
Reebok Fit Hub is a store where people can go to find innovative fitness and training products, trusted advice, guidance and information on community based fitness events. Reebok Fit Hub will move in immediately.

CBRE’s Michael Kadosh negotiated on behalf of ownership. Jeremy Ezra and Yael Amraon of RKF represented Reebok Fit Hub. Asking rent was $250 per sq. ft.
“Third Avenue in the 60s has rebounded tremendously and has become an extremely tight market once again. This turnaround is a direct reflection of a dense residential population and the fantastic mix of national tenants in the market,” said Kadosh. “1132 Third Avenue’s prime location is across the street from lululemon, making it a perfect fit for Reebok Fit Hub.”
1132 Third Avenue is located at the northwest corner of 66th Street. Other retail tenants in the neighborhood include True Religion and Pier 1 Imports.
Kadosh is currently marketing additional space in the building, as well as space at 1049 Third Avenue (located on southeast corner of 62nd Street).
