Celebrity real estate broker Ryan Serhant launched a YouTube vlog today that will offer viewers a personal window into his 19-hour days where he juggles between his demanding work and personal life.
Serhant, 33, runs the eponymous 50-member real estate company, The Serhant Team, whose property sales near $1 billion annually. Now, he’s offering a look into how he rose to his success through his jam-packed lifestyle.
“This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time,” Serhant said in a statement. “I want to give people deeper insights into my life including my journey to this point and the work behind the success. I hope to inspire people by giving them a look into what being a top real estate broker in New York City is really like.”
In the 10- to 12-minute weekly vlog segments, Serhant will cover his daily routine of waking up at 4:15 a.m., working out, team meetings and negotiations, property tours, and date nights with his wife, Emilia. Outside the day-to-day grind, the power broker will also offer up tips, tricks, and advice for those aspiring to achieve success in the real estate world.
