Platinum Properties hosted a Korean Thanksgiving event for international students who were unable to be home for the holiday, and who had worked with Platinum Properties to find housing. Organized by Platinum’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Sang Oh, the event offered various traditional foods including Songpyeong (송편) – Traditional rice cakes, Japchae (자채) – Glass noddles with vegetables, Kimbap (김밥) – Rolls, Jun (전) – Korean style pancakes, Black Noodles (짜장면) – Noodles with Black Bean Paste, and was sponsored by the following companies and restaurants: Asamo Cosmetics, Gregorys Coffee, Kunjip Restaurant, HY Mart, BUNN, Hyo Dong Gak. There were approximately 30 attendees from various colleges and universities who celebrated in Platinum’s downtown office.
