BOMA celebrates annual Pinnacle Awards

Tishman Speyer Properties has won the Grand Pinnacle of the Year for is operation of Hearst Tower.

The award is the highlight of the annual Pinnacle Awards hosted by the Building Owners & Managers Association of Greater New York (BOMA) to celebrate the cityʼs most innovative office buildings.

Over 750 guests attended the ceremony at Chelsea Piers last week when honorees were recognized in 10 different categories. The Grand Pinnacle is the winner with the highest overall score across all categories.

“Embracing innovation and exceeding expectations is what the Pinnacle Awards are all about,” said BOMA New York president Ronald S. Zeccardi, vice president of The Moinian Group. “The pioneering spirit and tireless dedication demonstrated by the nominees makes this a special celebration of New York and real estate leaders, and it is an honor to recognize that excellence tonight.”
