NYU Langone renews at 14 Wall Street

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 15-year, 74,069 s/f lease renewal for NYU Langone Health at 14 Wall Street.

NYU Langone Health will continue to occupy the building’s entire 9th and 10th floors.

The firm’s Mark Mandell and Bruce Mosler represented the tenant in the transaction. Alan Wildes, Stephen Bellwood, Jonathan Fein, Carlos Suarez, and Lou D’Avanzo represented the landlord, Roza 14W, LLC.

NYU Langone Health will be maintaining 74,069 s/f of office space across the entire 9th and 10th floors of 14 Wall Street.
The 37-story, landmarked skyscraper features 13-foot ceiling heights plus renovated windows, elevators, common corridors, and lobby. Building amenities include an on-site building management office, an Equinox Health Club, a newsstand, barber shop, and nail salon. Amerigroup, Barclays, T.J Maxx, and Starbucks are also among the building’s tenants.
