New York & Company has signed a deal at 159-10 Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, NY. Brian Katz, CEO of Katz & Associates, secured the site on behalf of the company which will occupy the 15,110 s/f space, formerly occupied by K&G Fashion Superstore.
The landlord, The Mattone Group was represented internally by Aaron Fleishaker. New York & Company has a national network of over 500 stores throughout the United States.
New York & Company is a leading specialty manufacturer and retailer of women’s fashion apparel and accessories offering modern, wear to work solutions that are multi-functional at affordable prices. The company was incorporated in 1918 and has been public since 2004.
