Normandy Real Estate Partners is welcoming Peloton, the tech-driven at-home fitness provider— to its newly renovated 125 W 25 Street.
Peloton has selected the four top floors of this 12 story Class A office tower to be its new world headquarters.
Peloton was represented by Ben Shapiro and Benjamin Birnbaum from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Paul Teti, principal of Normandy Real Estate Partners, said. “With creative and technologically inspired tenants like Peloton in mind, Normandy committed over $20 million to a capital redevelopment program which reconfigured the building’s core to maximize efficiency, installing new elevators and mechanical systems, new restrooms, and new full-height windows all around, while fully renovating the façade and creating a new modern lobby. And that’s all done within the framework of a coveted LEED Gold Certification for sustainability.”
JLL vice chairmen Mitchell L. Konsker, Matthew R. Astrachan and vice president Adam Haber are the leasing agents for the property, which currenlty has seven full floors of open plate office space and overheight ground floor and cellar retail space available,
