MoMA store spot opens up

Colliers International has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for 81 Spring Street, a SoHo retail property.

Situated at the base of a six-story luxury residential condominium building, the space offers tenants a total of 14,497 square feet – 4,451 square feet of ground floor retail space with 16 feet ceilings, 5,643 square feet of selling basement space, and 4,403 square feet of sub-cellar storage space.

The property also features a total of 164 feet of frontage along Spring and Crosby Streets.

The retail space is currently occupied by the Museum of Modern Art Design store, but will be delivered vacant.
