Mannequin masters make a statement in Chelsea store space

Koeppel Rosen, the leasing and managing agent representing the Rosen family’s Midtown South portfolio, has signed Noa Brands to a week-long pop-up during the retail and design industry’s New York Market Week, to showcase its Atrezzo brand of visual merchandising products.

The pop-up is within boutique retail space at 152 West 25th Street in Chelsea through December 7, which coincides with the ICSC-NY conference.

Founded in Barcelona in 1990, Atrezzo designs, develops and manufactures top quality visual merchandising products for the global fashion industry (product pictured top). Committed to creativity in all its forms, the company designs and manufactures its products in Spain, collaborating with contemporary artists from all fields to produce the best quality mannequins and visual presentation display stands.

“152 West 25th Street is in a terrific location for Atrezzo to showcase its innovative merchandising products,” said Associate Max P. Koeppel. “The store is situated in a high-traffic location surrounded by young startups, a flurry of fashion-oriented outlets as well as local residents and commuters.”

Koeppel Rosen is marketing the 5,200 s/f retail space for lease long-term, which includes a basement level and 34 ft. of frontage on busy West 25th Street in the Ladies Mile Historic District near Penn Station, the Fashion Institute of Technology and many hotels and shops.
