Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) has arranged a long-term lease of a 154,830 s/f single story building at 77 Metro Way in Secaucus, NJ on behalf of Manhattan Range Rover.
Bob Klein and Jeff Unger of KDA represented the tenant in the transaction, while Jeff Chaus, of Chaus Realty repped the owner, Hartz Mountain.
The prime industrial building is located off Route 3 and the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 15X in the Harmon Cove Industrial Park minutes from both Manhattan and Newark International Airport.
The building, which features 27-foot ceilings, large column spacing, 13 exterior doors and a drive-in bay, will be used by Manhattan Land Rover to store and prep new vehicles for their dealerships around the tri-state area. The parcel also includes parking for employee vehicles and up to 30 tractor trailers.
“Manhattan Range Rover is expanding and in need of larger facilities,” said Klein. “Previously their storage and prep facilities were scattered throughout smaller lots and this new facility will allow them to house all storage and new vehicle prep operations under one roof for logistical efficiency.”
