Luxurious Collection of Model Residences Unveiled at ONE11 Residences at Thompson Central Park

GFI Development today announced the unveiling of four model residences by renowned architectural designer Thomas Juul-Hansen within the ONE11 Residences at Thompson Central Park. Following a successful sales launch in September, the new models showcase the property’s elevated interiors, luxurious fixtures and finishes and breathtaking park views, all of which contribute to an unparalleled hotel lifestyle steps from Billionaire’s Row and Central Park. Juul-Hansen outfitted the models with his first-ever residential furniture and lighting collection, custom designed and built exclusively for the ONE11 Residences. Offering an effortless turnkey move-in experience and available only to buyers, the pieces were crafted all over the world and reflect Juul-Hansen’s unique point of view on upscale hotel living in the sky.

“Thomas Juul-Hansen’s contemporary design and bespoke furniture packages create a coveted, high-design experience for residents that is understated, yet sophisticated,” said Stan Spiegelman, managing director of GFI Development. “The ONE11 model residences showcase what a unique opportunity it is to live above a glamorous hotel with immediate access to everything the city has to offer, all in style.”

The optional turnkey packages by Juul-Hansen – known for his work on world-class properties including The Beekman Residences, Sutton Tower and Jean-Georges restaurants – offer a choice between a light color scheme with breezy elegance, or a darker palette reflecting the warm intimacy of New York luxury living. The contemporary furniture is tailored to perfectly fit each space, with clean lines, organic shapes, and sculptural elements. Included in the assortments are Scandinavian-inspired furniture upholstered with English wool by Casamance, Maharam fabrics, and Foglizzo Italian leather; Italian-designed area rugs by Loloey made with ultra soft wool from New Zealand; fine European wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries and Aesthetics; light fixtures featuring wood, natural stone and bronze finishes; and a wide array of homewares for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom from brands such as Duxiana, Mette Ditmer, and fable.

“Designing the model apartments for the ONE11 Residences offered the perfect opportunity to showcase custom, elevated fixtures, finishes and furnishings that complement this location and the lifestyle offered to future residents,” said Juul-Hansen, who also designed the hotel’s bespoke public spaces including the lobby and exclusive third floor lounge for residents and select hotel guests. “Each design element was carefully chosen to reflect the sophistication of Midtown Manhattan while creating a warm and inviting environment to call home.”

Upon entering the model residences, European oak entry doors open to beautifully appointed kitchens featuring super-white quartzite countertops, bronze and tinted mirror glass backsplashes, white oak cabinetry in a matte lacquer finish with polished chrome organically-shaped metal trim and fluted mirrored glass, white oak-paneled walls, and an elegant Miele appliance suite. Kraus sinks are outfitted with chrome faucets. The kitchens lead into light-filled living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and adjacent dining areas with wide plank European oak flooring.

Primary bathrooms feature Bianco Dolomiti stone vanities and backsplashes, as well as Fiore di Bosco stone walls and flooring. Residences with secondary bathrooms are appointed with Cristalo Pearl walls and Giselle Gray stone vanities and flooring. The stunning powder rooms are anchored by black and gold Michelangelo marble sinks, stone surrounds, flooring, and bases. All bathrooms feature polished nickel Waterworks fixtures.

Located at 111 West 56th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, ONE11 Residences at Thompson Central Park crown the top nine floors of the hotel and include 99 one- and two-bedroom condominium residences beginning on the 34th floor, as well as two exquisite four-bedroom penthouses with unmatched grand private terraces overlooking Central Park. The residences range in size from 549 to 3,042 square feet, with pricing starting at $1.325 million.
