Lighstone lends on Jamaica project

Lightstone Capital Markets provided $13.4 million in financing for a development site in Jamaica, Queens.

Cushman & Wakefield served as advisor to Great Atlantic Construction in securing the loan for two adjacent sites, totaling 237,000 buildable square feet, located at 89-25 and 89-26 162nd Street (pictured top).

A Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team of Preston Flammang, Jessica Ke and Anthony D’Amelio, with Stephen Preuss of the New York Middle Markets Investment Sales team, represented Great Atlantic Construction.
