Lee & Associates NYC announced today that it has represented Dextra Partners (“Dextra”), an independent, multi-strategy private-equity firm focused on providing investors with differentiated middle market private equity opportunities, in a six-year, 10-month sub-lease at 320 Park Avenue in Midtown, NY. Dextra will occupy the entire 33rd floor totaling 8,714 square feet.
Alan Friedman and Woody King from Lee & Associates NYC represented Dextra in the transaction. The sub-landlord was represented by Alex D’Amario and Mary Ann Tighe of CBRE. Dextra will move into the space on October 1st.
