Signal Brands, a fashion accessories group that manages a portfolio of globally-renowned brands, including GUESS and Nine West, has extended its lease at 320 Fifth Avenue by 10 years. In addition, it has more than doubled its fourth floor offices from 6,748 s/f to occupy the full 11,730 s/f floor, along with a fifth floor suite consisting of approximately 2,247 s/f. The owner, Brause Realty Inc., was represented by the building’s exclusive agents Jonata Dayan, Executive Vice President, and Jonathan Ben-Dayan, Director, HSP Real Estate Group, who also represented the tenant. 320 Fifth Avenue is an 11-story office building featuring a restored lobby with vaulted ceilings, modernized elevators and renovated floors.
Breslin Realty announced the long-term lease signing of Club Pilates at Willow Wood Shoppes in Wantagh, NY. Club Pilates will occupy 1,500 s/f of the shopping center, located at the Northeast corner of Jerusalem Avenue and Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh. The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises signed a lease renewal and expansion with L&W Supply Corporation for 64,042 s/f of industrial space at two of their industrial properties in South Hackensack, N.J. L&W renewed its current lease for the 32,000 s/f at 14 Central Boulevard and signed a new lease for the adjacent 32,042 s/f industrial building at 25 Empire Boulevard. NAI James E.
