High-end eyelash extension salon, The Lash Loft, will open its second Manhattan location in Midtown.
Founded by former makeup artist Shellyann Bainlardi and her husband Peter, the salon aimed to fill a void for competitively priced yet upscale services when it first opened at 34 East 20th Street. It’s turned into a huge hit and celebrity favorite and now the couple is expanding.
Dorel Melloul and Marc Sitt of Kassin Sabbagh Realty brokered them a new 10-year lease for 1,450 s/f on the second floor at 40 East 58th Street.
The landlord, Zurich Holdings, was represented by William Abramson and Matthew Olden of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC.
