Larken Associates Negotiates Lease to Bring Performing Arts Studio to Hillsborough, N.J.

 Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management, announces it has negotiated a new lease for 1,432 square feet with Arya International at  Amwell Mall located at 450 Amwell Road in Hillsborough, N.J. Rob Marek, Executive Vice President of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented Larken Associates in the transaction.
