Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE) announced today that JAG-ONE Physical Therapy has signed a long-term lease for 12,000 s/f of office space at 981 Route 22 in Bridgewater.
JAG-ONE Physical Therapy will relocate its corporate headquarters from Woodbridge to Bridgewater and occupy the entire second floor of the two-story commercial building.
The prominent physical and occupational therapy company with more than 80 locations throughout the tri-state area cited the building’s convenient access to Route 22, Route 287, and Route 78, abundant parking, and proximity to amenities in the Bridgewater-Somerville area as just a few of the reasons it was eager to sign the long-term lease. The commercial space is the perfect size to meet JAG-ONE’s needs as an expanding business with a fast-growing client base.

JAG-ONE explored 981 Route 22 through its existing relationship with KRE and its Director of Leasing, Justin Gingeleskie. JAG-ONE also leases space next door at 991 Route 22 in Bridgewater and at Grove Pointe in Jersey City, both owned and managed by KRE.
981 Route 22 is a class A office building with a modern, updated lobby and five parking spaces per 1,000 s/f of interior space. It is located at a four-way interchange on Route 22 near shopping, daycare, eateries, mass-transit, hotels, and medical facilities, as well as the Bridgewater Commons mall. The building provides signage that faces Route 287 and monument signage on Route 22.
The entire first floor of 981 Route 22 is currently available to lease, according to Gingeleskie.
