Robert Klein will be the exclusive leasing broker for the loft spaces. RIPCO Real Estate is handling the ground floor retail space, which is ideal for restaurants or shops.

Lloyd Goldman of LG Second Generation Partners is the owner of 984 Atlantic Avenue, a four-story former car dealership most recently as a parking garage.

A parking lot is available for tenant use in the back of the property. The building’s loft areas are ideal for use by technology or creative companies, medical tenants or other offices, according to Klein.

A number of renovations are anticipated at the building, including the installation of new exterior windows. 984 Atlantic Avenue is divisible into smaller spaces to allow for multiple tenants.

The broker said that the property’s location on one of Brooklyn’s most populated streets provides excellent visibility for and accessibility to 984 Atlantic Avenue. It is two blocks away from Vanderbilt Avenue, now home to a number of trendy bars and creative work space.
