Kaufman Organization Secures 5,400-Square-Foot Lease at 19 West 24th Street for J. Lindeberg Corporation

Kaufman Organization (Kaufman), a family-owned and operated Manhattan-based full service real estate firm today announces that J. Lindeberg Corp., a Swedish clothing company that specializes in golf and ski apparel, has signed a 5,400-square-foot lease at 19 West 24th. The company will occupy the entire 9th floor of the 12-story property in Flatiron. 

“19 West 24th Street is a highly sought out building due to its complete renovation and desirable location, which offers access to major public transit stops and walkability to dining, fitness and other attractions in Flatiron,” said Michael Heaner, Partner at Kaufman. “For J. Lindeberg Corp, this location offered a space that could support its strong business and serve as a place for showrooms as well as give employees a space with windows on all four sides, bringing them great light and stunning city views.” 

Michael Heaner and Elliot Warren of Kaufman Organization represented the landlord, Kaufman Organization. TJ Hochanadel of JLL represented the tenant in this transaction. Asking rent was $72 per square-foot. 


19 West 24th Street is a 12-story building that was built in 1910. Located on 24th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, the property benefits from its proximity to subway lines including 1, 6, C, E, F, M, R and W trains. 19 West 24th Street features a new lobby, new elevators with graffiti artwork by Scott Marsi and new plumbing, electric and a heating system. The property is part of Kaufman Organization’s Madison Square Portfolio.
