Jones Lang LaSalle has won the assignment to lease 3 Columbus Circle.
The 747,416 s/f Class A commercial office building at 1775 Broadway is owned by SL Green Realty Corp. and The Moinian Group.
Paul Glickman, Frank Doyle and Mitti Liebersohn will lead the JLL team that also includes Alexander Chudnoff, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Diana Biasotti and Benjamin Bass, associate.
The team will work with Larry Swiger, senior vice president, and Elaine Anazagasty, vice president of leasing, at SL Green.

The 26-story 3 Columbus Circle offers flexible floor plates ranging from 21,324 to 41,202 s/f. It has sweeping Central Park and city views and sits at a nexus of world-class restaurants and hotels and transportation options.

The historic 3 Columbus Circle was designed by Shreve, Lamb and Harmon, the architectural firm behind the Empire State Building, and constructed on top of the original building in 1927.
In 2010, the office property underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation designed by architectural firm Gensler, achieving LEED-EB: OM Silver certification.
