CBRE announced that Lou Belfer and Patrick McCabe were recognized by J.G. Petrucci Company as Brokers of the Year at the firm’s Annual Leadership Awards Dinner.
Belfer was the New Jersey Leadership Award recipient and recognized for his work in the ABC Supply transactions in Plainfield, New Jersey and East Orange, New Jersey.
The privately-held roofing supply company based in Beloit, Wisconsin inked a 30,000 s/flease at 11-41 Sussex Avenue in East Orange, and will be an anchor tenant at J.G. Petrucci Co.’s Sussex Avenue Urban Renewal project.
Situated on an 8.3-acre site at 11-41 Sussex Avenue in East Orange, the redevelopment project will have a 30,000 s/f commercial hub, an urban farm, education center and workforce housing and a 30,000 s/fcommercial hub.
J.G. Petrucci Co. also recognized Patrick McCabe with the Pennsylvania Leadership Award for his work in the firm’s acquisition of five properties totaling six-acres in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
Located directly across from the Willow Grove SEPTA train station, the existing properties will comprise a new development project, Station at Willow Grove, with 275 new apartment units and 30,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
A veteran of the commercial real estate industry, McCabe has significant experience in both sales and leasing. He is primarily focused on commercial redevelopment projects, freestanding buildings, private investment retail, and land sales within the Tri-State area.
