The new tenant will join FXCollaborative, the building’s architect and anchor tenant as well as several other recently announced tenants. This newest lease brings 1 Willoughby Square to nearly 50% leased.
Gemic, a global consulting company with a strong roster of clients including Meta, the National Football League and BMW, and offices across the globe, will relocate from its existing space in Downtown Manhattan, taking 7,000 square feet on the 28th floor of the building. They will occupy space on the tower floor and have a beautiful southern view of Downtown Brooklyn.

This most recent lease comes shortly after Propel, Walnut Ridge and Ms. Foundation for Women signed on as tenants in early June.
