JLL was selected by Ivy Realty LLC as exclusive leasing agent for 5 Marine View Plaza in downtown Hoboken, N.J.
The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for the Class A, 120,000 s/f office building located just one block from the Hoboken Waterfront and two blocks from the Hoboken Terminal with PATH, Ferry, and NJ Transit services.
The JLL professionals overseeing the leasing assignment include Tim Greiner, executive managing director and head of agency leasing for JLL in New Jersey; Blake Goodman, executive vice president; and Mike Pietrowicz, associate. They will work closely with Jeffrey Buchman, executive vice president of asset management, with Ivy Realty.

5 Marine View Plaza was designed by Comparetto & Kenny and constructed in 1979. The office building is located at the intersection of 1st Street and Marine View Plaza, just one block from the Hoboken Waterfront.
The property is two blocks from the Hoboken PATH Station and is situated midway between the Holland Tunnel and Lincoln Tunnel, allowing access to Midtown and Downtown within minutes.
Ivy Realty has launched an extensive capital improvement program and tapped Kimmerle Newman Architects to design the enhancements, which are expected to be completed by year-end.
The work will include a new lobby with polished concrete and stained concrete accent flooring, a concrete and glass reception desk, accent lighting, artwork and a media wall, an upper lobby landing, and other high-end finishes and fixtures; new common areas with artwork, high-end finishes and lighting; new bathrooms; and updates and improvements to the building exterior, landscaping, and wayfinding.
The five-story 5 Marine View Plaza has 25,598 s/f of space available for leasing, including 7,566 square feet on the first floor and two blocks of contiguous space, totaling 18,032 square feet, on the second floor.
