The 110,416 s/f portfolio consists of five walkup apartment buildings containing 126 apartments and seven stores. The sale was completed in four separate transaction for $11 million by Besen & Associates.
Amit Doshi served as exclusive representation for seller Area Properties, and he also procured the purchaser, a local private investor.
3035 Wallace Avenue is a 21,750 s/f 5-story brick walkup building containing 26 apartments. The sale price was $2,025,000.
2483 and 2489 Tiebout Avenue are two five-story, brick walkup buildings containing 51 apartments with antenna amounting to 38,740 gross square feet. The sale price was $3,900,000.
2 East 181st Street (aka 2128 Jerome Avenue) is a 5-story, 33,750 s/f walkup with 30 apartments and four stores. It sold for $3,250,000.
74 West 165th Street (aka 1046-1050 Woodycrest Avenue) is a 4-story, 16,176 s/f walkup building containing 19 apartments and three stores.
The sale price for the property was $1,925,000.
