SL Green Realty Corp., New York City’s largest office landlord, announced that Hewlett Packard Enterprise, the S&P 500 multinational enterprise, information and technology firm, has signed a new 10-year, 17,945 s/f lease at 461 Fifth Avenue for the entire 8th and 10th floors.
“We’re delighted to welcome Hewlett Packard to 461 Fifth Avenue,” said Steven Durels, Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing and Real Property for SL Green, who added, “Our recently completed capital improvement program including new lobby, plaza, entrance, elevator cabs and bathrooms has led to significant leasing accomplishments.”
Overlooking Bryant Park and just steps from Grand Central Terminal, the building is LEED GOLD-certified, and features column-free floorplates with oversized windows and tenant-controlled HVAC. Other building tenants include Shenkman Capital Management, Everest Reinsurance Company and Foros Advisors.
