TECH executive-turned artist Arthur Becker has sold his second Sullivan Street townhouse (pictured top).
An investor in the Cary Tamarkin-designed development, the former CEO of digital brands NaviSite and Zinio, sold 50 Sullivan Street, for $12.25 million.
In April, he offloaded number 30 for $12.3 million.
Developed by Property Markets Group and Madison Equities, Becker – ex-husband of designer Vera Wang – became owner of three of the development’s adjacent townhouses in exchange for his stake in the condominium development in 2016.
Prime Manhattan Residential President Robert Dankner had listed the townhouse at $12.5 million. Danker represented both Becker and the buyer in both property sales.
50 Sullivan Street is 25-foot-wide, four bedroom, 4-bath townhouse. Spanning over 5,900 s/f with another 1,525 s/f of outdoor space, the house has a media room, gym, backyard garden with outdoor kitchen, rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen, wet bar and fireplace, and high-speed elevator.

CELEBRITY baker and Netflix’s Nailed It judge Sylvia Weinstock has put her five-story Tribeca home on the market.
Weinstock has baked wedding cakes for high-profile clients like Mariah Carey and Billy Joel, had a shop in the building and lived in the upper floors, but moved and retired in early 2018, after her late husband, Ben Weinstock, became ill.

The property, 273 Church Street, was built in in 1910 and is newly renovated. Asking price is $11.5 million and Compass’s Daniel Chun has the listing.
It’s 25 feet wide and has 7,800 s/f and a 1,800 s/f cellar. It has two bedrooms, five bathrooms, a roof deck, and a commercial kitchen. There is restaurant or retail space on the ground floor and “white-boxed” office space on the second and third. There is also a rooftop terrace over the fourth and fifth floor duplex unit (which has 2.5 baths).
This is the first time in decades that the building is fully vacant. There are also 3,342 s/f of unused air rights and conversion potential.
