The Hampshire Companies announced leases totaling 53,352 s/f at 1000 Lafayette Boulevard, Bridgeport, CT.
Citizens Bank has renewed its lease for 23,475 s/f at the building. Regus has leased the top-floor totaling 15,377 s/f. The Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging SWCAA, signed on for 14,500 s/f.
Michael Marcante and Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial represented Hampshire in the transactions with Citizens Bank and SWCAA.
Steven K. Greenbush at CBRE represented Citizen Bank and Randy Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein represented SWCAA.
Greenbush also represented Hampshire in its transaction with Regus where Colin Reill of CBRE’s represented the tenant.
