JLL has been selected by Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT II, Inc. as exclusive leasing agent for 30 Independence Boulevard in Warren, NJ.
Timothy Greiner, head of agency leasing for JLL in New Jersey, will lead the assignment at the 213,257 s/f Class A office building with Dennis McConnell and Daniel Spero. They will work with Scott Tausk, managing director of Asset Management with Griffin Capital.
“This is a premium asset in one of the most sought-after interchanges (Exit 33) in Somerset County that offers abundant walkable amenities and a proven corporate address,” said McConnell.
“Previously fully leased to Verizon, 30 Independence Boulevard has been maintained at a very high level of service by ownership.”
Constructed in 1997, Griffin Capital acquired the building in 2013 from Beacon Capital Partners.
Ownership has launched a capital improvement program designed by Studio1200 that includes a new branded entrance, new lobby and grand staircase leading to an amenity level with food service provided by Fooda, a conference center and fitness center equipped with Peloton fitness equipment and a golf simulator.
