Gil-Bar Industries, the largest and most comprehensive provider of HVAC solutions in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is excited to announce that it has recently expanded to Long Island City with the grand opening of a new warehouse. The warehouse, located at 43-24 21st Street, will be over 15,000 SF and is staffed by a team with a combined over 50 years of industry experience. It also stocks a wide selection of parts, including those from AAON, ClimateMaster, IEC, Hitachi, Islandaire, Nest Thermostats, Hays Hose Kits, Nortek/Mammoth and Healthway.

The warehouse itself contains a showroom, mezzanine and approximately 3,000 SF of office space. The
warehouse and distribution space occupies 8,500 SF, with the second-floor sales office occupying 4,000
SF. Following the Gil-Bar’s team grand opening event, the store front is now open Monday through Friday
8am – 5pm all clientele is encouraged to stop by and check out the parts & distribution center.

“This expansion is representative of the growing importance of HVAC in New York as the city continues to
pursue its ambitious climate change goals and rely on more innovative technologies,” said Joe Sbarra,
Founding Partner, Gil-Bar. “Our firm is deeply grateful that our partners and clients continue to rely on us
to perform the top tier HVAC solutions, and we look forward to serving the thriving neighborhood of Long Island City through this fantastic new warehouse.”

“By stocking parts in this prime location, Gil-Bar will be perfectly positioned to reduce lead times for
crucial replacements,” said Angelo Casale, Head of Parts and Warranty, Gil-Bar. “This is of particular
importance given the recent volatility of the weather in New York, when fully functional HVAC appliances
will be critical for maintaining safe temperatures in the upcoming summer months. We are thrilled to offer
a local spot to fit our clients’ long-term and immediate HVAC needs.”
