GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce four lease transactions totaling 8,910 square feet at 80 Eighth Ave in Chelsea.

· Whitman Insight Strategies, an insight and strategy consultant that helps bring the most advanced polling, messaging and targeting approaches to parties, leaders and governments, signed a 10-year lease extension for 3,542 retail square feet on the 12th floor. This long-term tenant has been in the building for nearly 20 years, using its space for general offices. Jeffrey Nissani of JSN Properties represented the tenant in this transaction.
· Center for an Urban Future, a catalyst for smart and sustainable policies that reduce inequality, increase economic mobility and grow the overall economy in New York City, signed a seven-year lease for 2,491 square feet on the 7th floor. This forward-thinking company will use the space for general offices. Debra Wollens of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.
· Justin C James D.O, a psychiatrist specializing in holistic medicine treating issues related to depression, anxiety, relationships, family conflicts, gender identity and self-esteem, signed a three-year lease extension for 2,057 square feet on the 7th floor. The tenant is relocating from a smaller space on the 18th floor. The tenant will use its space for psychotherapy and general offices. · Rockline Corp., a construction and remodeling company servicing high net-worth residential and commercial real estate brokers and their clients, signed a three-year lease for 820 retail square feet on the 3rd floor. Katarina Sundqvist of Brickhouse Group LLC represented the tenant in this transaction.
