Game changer on Broadway

Gourmet Garage, the upscale market with five Manhattan locations, signed a lease at Collect Pond House, a co-op building on the corner of Broadway and Franklin Street at 366 Broadway.

The upscale market has five Manhattan locations.

Winick Realty Group executive vice president Darrell Rubens and broker Lee Block represented the co-op board at Collect Pond House.

Gourmet Garage, who was represented by Chase Welles of Shopping Center Group and Jonathan Clott of Vision Property Group LLC, will occupy 6,435 s/f of ground-floor space, and 3,510 s/f in the lower level. A 910 s/f mezzanine will be used for seating — a new addition to this already-established brand.

“This lease will be a game changer for the neighborhood,” said Block, adding, “Gourmet Garage is really the first retailer on the block to cater to what this area of Tribeca is becoming.”
