G.S. Wilcox closes finance deals in NJ

Morristown, New Jersey based commercial mortgage brokerage, G.S. Wilcox & Co., has arranged financing for three recent New Jersey deals, including two along Route 22: an entertainment center and a retail strip, as well as in Union City.

Principal David Fryer, Principal Al Raymond, Vice President Wesley Wilcox and Vice President Bridget Wilcox led the team in securing the following deals.

• $5,700,000 in financing through Mutual of Omaha for Watchung Commons, a retail strip center along Route 22 in Watchung, New Jersey.

• $5,500,000 for a Mountainside, New Jersey entertainment facility, also on Route 22, through a correspondent life company.

• $7,500,000 with Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society for a102,000 s/f mixed-use property in Union City, New Jersey.
