Fisher Brothers announced four leases at 299 Park Avenue totaling more than 100,000 square feet.

Private equity firm Kelso will move into 29,812 s/f on the 30th floor. Crescent Capital Group a global alternative asset management firm will occupy 29,733 s/f on the 33rd floor. “We look forward to welcoming Kelso & Company, Crescent Capital Group, and The Lightstone Group to 299 Park Avenue, and to have our existing tenant Lincoln International grow with us,” said Ken Fisher, Partner at Fisher Brothers. “As New York City continues to recover and we welcome our tenant workforce back to the office, our multi-year commitment to enhancing our assets with investments in amenities, health & safety and infrastructure upgrades has led to extraordinary leasing activity.”

Last year, Fisher Brothers completed a $20 million capital improvement at 299 Park Avenue that transformed the interior of the lobby space and exterior facade and upgraded the building’s elevators. In partnership with the Rockwell Group, Fisher Brothers created a grand, bright and inviting interior with hotel-like design, quality and finishes. The renovations and upgrades to the lobby boast several design features that culminate to create a luxury hospitality feel, including blackened stainless-steel trims and accents, Italian marble flooring, and soft up lighting in the base. Furthermore, the entire renovation centers around a large-scale, dynamic digital art display. Created by LAB at Rockwell Group, the 60-foot-long LED art installation Living Canvas brings an ever-evolving cinematic art experience to Park Avenue.

Marc Packman, Head of Leasing, and Clark Briffel, Senior Director of Leasing at Fisher Brothers led negotiations with Crescent Capital Group LP, the Lightstone Group, and Lincoln International LLC on behalf of Fisher Brothers, along with David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Andy Sachs and Eric Cagner from Newmark. Mark Weiss from C&W represented Lincoln International LLC. Crescent Capital Group LP was represented by Dan Horowitz and Jeff Peck from Savills.
