RXR Realty announced the execution of two new leases in RXR’s property at 340 Madison Avenue.

PNC Bank, one of the leading financial services organizations in the country, will be expanding its space at 340 Madison Avenue.
It currently leases 45,000 s/f and is adding another 10,000 s/f on the 10th floor. Robert Tunis and Seth Hecht of Colliers International represented the tenant.
Moving in as a new tenant at 340 Madison Avenue will be Compass Pointe Research & Trading, LLC, a financial services firm that provides equity research, institutional brokerage execution and investment banking services.
Compass Pointe is leasing space on the 4th floor of the building. Michelle Walker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
The building, which is located one block from Grand Central Terminal, occupies the full block front of Madison Avenue between 43rd and 44th Streets.
