In a transaction arranged by CBRE, New Hope Fertility Center, a medical practice founded by Dr. John Zhang, signed a 74,505 s/f office renewal and expansion for 15 years at 4 Columbus Circle.
The fertility clinic opted to renew its original 37,670 s/f lease at the property and also doubled its footprint, signing a new deal for 36,835 s/f for a total of 74,505 s/f The New Hope Fertility Center will now occupy floors two through five at the eight-story building.
CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma, Ken Meyerson and Zach Weil represented New Hope Fertility Center in the lease negotiations. David Hollander and Tim Freydberg, also of CBRE, acted on behalf of the landlord, GLL Real Estate Partners, a member of the Macquarie Group.

4 Columbus Circle is a 135,000 s/f office property directly across from Columbus Circle and the Time Warner Center.
Additional tenants at the building include Steelcase and a Duane Reade located in the ground-level retail space.
